Re: Liver Healing Without Flushes
If your liver is badly congested or if you have already had gallbladder attacks or shown signs of possible problems like right side pain, bloating, poor digestion (you can recognize what comes out the other end)or pale stools, then you need to flush.
If you have no signs of problems here are some things you can try: plenty of citrus fruit, especially lemons and grapefruit-fresh only, large servings of leafy green vegetables, dandelion greens are excellent and are in many liver formulas, carrots, the spice turmeric. There are many liver formulas you can try, some have common ingredients, some are quite exotic. I have used liv52 with some success. Milk Thistle, but only if your liver is not congested with stones, chaff and thick old bile. Lecithin is good, but best after flushing. Daily doses of a good oil, olive seems to be best.
I suggest at least three flushes done two to three weeks apart to at least begin to decongest your liver.
