Try eatting apples and figs. The pectin in apples is important, a recent post on the constipation forum, something about feeding good bacteria. Figs have the more fiber than any other food and there is something in them that helps move the bowels. I have this problem due to the parasites and those two things seem to be working. Also have been taking a lot of C.
