I doubt the body could recognize synthetic minerals any better than it can a synthetic Vitamin C molecule without any bioflavinoids attached.
I visited the ASK Moreless forum and browsed around a bit, read several very interesting posts, where he?she? makes recommendations, one of them was mineral supplementation, but there wasn't a product recommendation or a link to where you can get them. I have been thinking I need more minerals, wondering what kind to take.
