Re: Lickle fluffy lambs
lol thanks for noticing!
Yeah the herballure forum is a very good allround forum. You get the odd thread that gets out of control (flame wars), but this is no surprise. But all in all it's the best Ive been on personally. Hope you get the same out of it too.
Well, by now I should imagine you are undergoing or have undergone your removal of the three fillings? Well I can only hope it's going or has gone ok and it'll be interesting to see how you feel after it. At least you are going about it as carefully as you can. Cannot recall what replacement materials you are getting? I often ask people the same thing more than once considering my memory is up the pole.
I'm surprised you can eat fish with no reaction. Fish is healthy dont get me wrong, it's just the mercury contamination that is a big concern now. You definitely dont want to add anymore to the toxicity, but I'm sure you know your own body pretty well. For me, I tend to get sicker if I consume seafood over time (and that's in New Zealand where we apparently have the least mercury in our fish). I am sensitive to the stuff though as well.
I eat a lot of chicken, beef (liver as well and lamb. Love it and hasn't seem to have done me any harm. It is the majority of my diet because I can't consume fruit or grain or high carb vegetables. So i'm somewhat limited in what I get to consume.
Like yourself, my life also revolves around my diet and yep, one thing done wrong and I'm down for the count and it's DAYS AND DAYS of it until I notice any remote lifting. NOt good. I suspect it's just ongoing immune system challenge that is causing my body to be this suseptible and weak. I dont know half the time what is doing what or whether it's allergy or toxicity or my body is just doing its thing and being ill regardless. I hate it, but that's the way it is.
And yeah it can take me similar timing to get through symptoms (5 - 6 days or more). So I dont know why that should be, but perhaps the gut takes this long to begin recovering from something. So I know what you mean and can empathise with that. I hope that amalgam removal for you will eventually get rid of these ongoing issues permanently or at least after enough chelation.
Like the sound of the baths you have . I dont tend to have them much these days, probalby should be I actually hardly sweat. So when I try, I get worse without really acheiving anything. I actually hate bathing now, yet used to love it. I used to sweat the toxins out through the skin and get rashes. In doing that, over time I started to get better and better. This was when my body was actually halfway functioning and I was able to detox. Now it's a different story.
Thanks for the link to help me achieve the "lickle fluffy lambs" softness lol. I may well try that sometime. Feels kind of tragic to pour apple cider vinegar into the bath though.. I used to like drinking it with hot water (dont now becuase i tend to get reactions). But again I just feel too sick in the bath to remain in there long anyway, even when i dont have it that hot. So I feel a little like these things would be wasted!
Anyway, catch you on the other side as you said.
TC.
