I feel rough at the moment, so think I will wait until I feel ………less rough.

Scare me off? Yes…its scary. Slow and start small seems good advice. .   

“I have nearly ended my life many times from using random chelating or things that stir mercury up” such a short sentence to describe such difficult & hard times. I don’t know what to say…thanks for the help & advice you keep giving.
