Re: You are right!

As one of the new moderators I am happy to see this turn of events. I have awarded several R's in "my" forums after sitting back and considering how those messages would help or encourage newcomers, or someone who has become discouraged.

I have never awarded a R/N or BSA because frankly, I have not seen a deserving post yet. I was worried I was not doing a good job because I have noticed a lot of R/Ns and BSA scattered across other forums with what I feel was too much lenience considering the quality of the post. At first I was worried the all the various R,RR, and RRR would clutter the forums; but now I realize this method will give honor to deserving posts and allow those that are truly outstanding be honored and recognized above others.

We newbies are still learning. I know in my case, I would appreciate guidence if I am doing too much or too little. I am happy to be sharing my duties with other moderators so we can work together to recognize and honor deserving posts.
