Hi Swordfast, Remember you want to give your body a complete rest so that it can devote its energies to healing. Try to rest and be at peace physically and mentally. I would do gentle stretching exercises instead of working out. The gym will be there when you are finished fasting. Don't push yourself. You are doing GREAT!!!
Fasting is mildly dehydrating. So no hot baths during the fast. As you found out, hot baths can be dangerous while fasting. Although, I have read of some people who take them and do well.
