Sorry to hear you are feeling ill. The good news is you are probably processing something toxic from your system. Make sure you flush your system with water, drinking half your body weight in oz.
From what I have read and to people I have talked with, I would go really lightly on the gym exercises. I understand your wanting to keep your muscles in shape, but it might compromise the length of your fast, and or expedite the loss of minerals from your system.
I would also consider re-evaluating the use of enemas during a fast. If you cleaned your colon prior to your fast and maintained a raw food diet for a week or so the enemas are less likely needed. If you are toxic, have health issues, constipated on a regular basis, then it might be an important consideration. I think
colonics are more gentle and more effective if you can find someone near you. The natural hygientists seem to be divided on the use of enemas. Perhaps the enema board may be able to address the frequency and type of enema you need during a prolonged fast.
