Re: confused about "cures"!

i would say that most of these 'cures' are either completely useless 'get the toxins out' type things, otherwise if they did work they are just chance responses to certain chemicals by certain body types. for the majority of us nothing really works well. the only thing that has worked for me has been cortizone cream, but it's definatly loosing its effectiveness and my derm is coming back strong.
