I'm glad to hear that your daughter is doing well in treatment. It must be a relief to you to know that she is working on her problems. Just my two cents, but from what you told me, I think you were right to take her away from her father. He's lucky that he didn't go to jail for giving an underage child alcohol! It's sad that he won't help her out now when she really needs it. In the end, he will reap what he has sown. As your daughter goes through treatment and as she gets older, she will appreciate all that you did for her. You stood by her when she needed you most. Tweet
