Re: electrolysis

I wouldn't come to the conclusion that she isn't any good yet. While it's ideal that the entire hair root is destroyed during the electrolysis session (which is why you wouldn't feel the hair being pulled out), electolysis can also be effective if only part of the root is destroyed in the process. In that case, when the hair grows back, it will be thinner and lighter, although you will still have felt the hair when it was pulled out during the session. The idea is that with each electrolysis session, more of the root is destroyed until the hair is completely gone. The previous poster is so right, though, about watching to make sure that she is effective overall. Otherwise, the hair will keep growing back as if you had only plucked it.

You might want to ask her about her success rate. Hopefully, she will be able to reassure you with stories about all of her successes, or even give you the name of some clients she has had success with for you to talk to. You are definately doing the right thing to keep pursuing this. You will find it a total pleasure to have the problem entirely eliminated instead of having to deal with it on a daily basis.
