Great post V - funny, I just threw out all the kool aid packages I still had in the house. It was the only thing with artificial colors/flavors I still "enjoyed" - even if only one glass with dinner. I didnt use Sugar at least LOL. I honestly didnt know colors where this bad for your health - embarrasing but true. Now I enjoy ice cold peppermint tea and lemonade from organic lemons as a treat, sweetened with stevia.
To be honest, I kinda like the fact that I dont NEED many things anymore. It simplyfies my life and this is liberating.
I have toosed anything that has or may have MSG/free glutamic acid in it and I noticed that I can stop eating after having had a smaller amount of food if I want and not crave for more. Before when something tasted just too good due to hidden Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) I found myself not wanting to stop eating it.
