I went to the market a few days ago and
read the ingredients are a few things I was considering purchasing and it was definitely a sad day!...LOL I could not believe all the things on these products that have been sent to the 'bad for you' pile.
After reading Monica's list of ingredients that DO contain
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and MAY contain MSG, and then reading these products ingredients, I just sighed!
I am in the process of doing the Veggie Challenge (for those interested,it is veggiechallenge.com) and today is day 6! I have been eating Mucho fruit throoughout the day and other options at night. I figure with the IP6 and
Iodine by maintaining this challenge (I am committing to three 7 day challenges, not 3 weeks due to mental mindset :D) I will be eliminating many things from my body! OH and I do drink 32
oz. of water and think with the grapes, cherries, watermelon, I am getting water also.
I do feel better, yet still tired. Figuring "this too shall pass" though, so am not concerned!
