It is understood that the modern man/woman is so full of clutter and noise that if he sits down and tries to meditate he will only have a very frustrated experience, so much so, that he may never want to ever try it again… because, in just a few short moments, he will come to see the tremendous amount of insanity that is found to exist within himself. This, in itself, can be a frightening experience to someone that has never looked within. It can be such an unpleasant experience that an instant state of denial can be easily adopted along with the attitude that “this meditation stuff is not for me”. The experience of deep silence is next to impossible for most people, hence, the need for a cathartic meditation.
several methods of meditation were devised to help modern man/woman experience the benefits that can be derived through this form of therapy. the names of some of these are 'dynamic meditation', 'no mind', 'the mystic rose' and 'gibberish' meditation. the commune that this enlightened man created was constructed with the appropriate facilities to handle large numbers of people to do groups consisting of these different meditations. it was a rare mystery school, the likes of which will hopefully be seen again someday. a very rare bird, indeed.

i want to add that even though your paternal father may not be with you any longer, your psychological father may be still alive and well, and still having a tremendous influence over you, affecting how you respond to life situations. closure to such issues are still possible and probable... once the root cause is known, the light of awareness will dispel the darkness... means, the issue(s) may not all of a sudden go away, but it [they] is [are]in the process of going away. its a matter of going back and looking at the situation again and again and again. slowly, slowly the matter dissolves away on its own. nothing to do but look at it and watch it go away. say good-bye to it...it was once thought to be a part of you...to be you...and soon you see it never was...
the same is true of all of the rest of the gargage that's been put on you from the outside... all of the insanity...is not who you are... its like a cloud that hangs around you... the more one simply watches this mind stuff, without judging that it is good or bad, right or wrong... not trying to escape from it... the more one differentiates oneself from the clutter...it begins to dissolve away because energy is no longer feeding it to be there or, more so, not to be there...
