i dont know. both were necessary. in my ignorance, i wish i had taken them out immediately. i wish i had done that ten years before when i suspected them. i know i was in school and the order was perfect for me. getting the mercury out is as important as getting Iodine in, probably more so.

the smartest people do it first. they also live longer and get less sick.
