To all of you who prefer agave to maple... good news!
I have done the cleanser many times, and can always last longer with agave because it tastes so much better. I found the USDA website with nutritional information:
If you put in Agave, and then click on the raw kind, it will give you all of the nutritional information... it is surprisingly richer than maple syrup in a lot of the vitamins and minerals. You can even look up the maple in another window and compare.
I am trying to spread the word because I always wondered if I was doing the wrong thing, or missing out on a vital part of the clease, and if anything, agave might be a better fit than the maple because it is raw and not cooked down, which was S.B.'s only issue with maple.
