That is a testimony on the cleanse not on
the agave juice. If you googled Master
Cleanse and agave, you can see there are
plenty of people using it successfully.

In the post you linked to, the poster
seemed to have some other health issues
which could have contributed to their
problems with cleansing. Plenty of people
who use maple syrup also have problems
with the cleanse due, imho, to health
issues they bring to the cleanse, or
behaviors or needs. So often we are not
privy to someone's bowel function history
and until we grill them, do not find
out they have been constipated for years,
hate water, and expect a miracle.

I just could not tell from that post
however that they laid any blame on
the agave, but rather their hormonal
imbalance from melasma...
