I just read in the Young Living Desk Reference book about the MC. It says in there:
"Clinical experience has shown that people do better when the Grade B Maple Syrup is replaced with Blue Agave nectar ... Stanley Burroughs never had the opportunity to test this during his lifetime, so his recipe remains with the maple syrup"
Later in the entry it says that the Blue Agave Nectar is also a balanced Sugar containing a balance of positive and negative ions like the Grade B Maple syrup and that diabetics should substitute the blue agave for the maple syrup.
Comments or experiences from any one here who has used agave? I have not checked the price of blue agave nectar ... would the price be prohibitive?
