Re: Hi Everyone - I really reaaly nedd some advice and sopprot her please
Suze,
if you are not eating enough, then it definitely makes a lot of sense to keep taking vitamins & supplements, in addition to making the effort to coax yourself into eating. Especially with something like alcohol that disrupts your blood
Sugar balance, it's very important to keep feeding yourself, even if you don't really feel like it.
Something that I remember from an outpatient program is that one of the counselors mentioned that alcohol can shut down your digestive tract if you have too much of it. So maybe drinking to toxic levels not only dehydrates you, but it puts too much of a strain on your digestive process, so everything just stops. Maybe that explains the loss of appetite. But either way, getting yourself to eat is a must.
As for other tactics, you might try
Liver Flushing (there's a curezone forum just for that) and you might also want to do a
parasite cleanse, and finally, another idea is to gradually transition yourself over to a hypoglycemic diet. I attribute my success with sobriety to these latter 2 approaches (diet &
parasite cleanse), so I can't recommend them enough.
Let us know what you decide to do, and make sure you keep us posted here on your progress.
