I believe he is referring to swami ramdev. Swami Ramdev is a big hit among Indians and now his fame is spreading worldwide. Guruji's programs are regularly telecasted on Astha channel.
His website has some DVDs available @

(or simply google swami ramdev)

He advises that just doing 2 pranayamas (5-15 minutes each depending on severity of your condition) will provide max benefits. They're Kapalbhati and anulom-vilom
