Swami Ramchandraji's Seminar

Hello All:

I went to Swami Ramchandraji's Yog and Meditation seminar today in New Jersey. He is one of the huge recent trends in India. Well after two hours of breathing exercises and some Hatha Yog I felt totally rejuvenated, my body aches though. I slept like I have not slept for ages.

Amazing thing he did was to pick six diabetics from the audience. They measured their blood Sugar before and after the exercises. There was drop in all six people's Sugar anywhere from 6 points to 30 points.

Just wanted to share. I hope he is coming to your city and you can attend his seminar.
