Hello, I have read about you and your tummy many times before and attempts to alleviate it. I am glad you found some benefit. I have told others that by practcing pranayam asana that one not only gets rid of physical but mental toxin which weighs one down in a multitude of ways. Pranayam will purify the body mind and spirit.
How many hours did you do pranayama and which pranayam did it consist of? I am feeling more comfortable after making it through vipassana to do a 2 week sadhana intensive with 6 hours a day of pranayam. Even though it is for advanced practicioners, I may have a way to sneek in but I feared two hours straight of pranayama. It would help my practice a lot.
Have you ever tried pranayam after asanas as opposed to before? very different flow of prana after the asanas are completed and the flow is greater.
