Re: No doctor can figure this out....!!!
It sounds like you have a bad case of yeast overgrowth. Reason i say this is this. When you eat sugar/fruit etc, you are feeding the yeast, you get worse. Yet if you dont eat it you get worse again because the yeast gets "hungry". Your digestion being what it is may also be causing symptoms from other foods you try to eat because you cannot digest it properly
When you have yeast, it is an ongoing cycle of feeding and starving it and not knowing what is doing what. The best thing one can do is completely get off all forms of
Sugar which feed this organism. This means sugar, honey, fruit, and even grains temporarily, high carbs like potatoes, corn, beans, peas etc. No milk either or cheese.
You can eat eggs, meat, liver, chicken, plenty of vegetables (low carb ones), and you may get away with some acidophilus (plain
Sugar free) yoghurt and raw nuts like brazil and almonds. But be cautious even with them and you may not be able to eat them if you have trouble digesting them. Plenty of healthy fats also aid healing, encourage bile flow and help satiate the appetite. Butter, extra virgin olive oil, organic virgin coconut oil, fish oil (mercury free), you can even add some flaxseed oil in yoghurt if you tolerate flaxseed oil. Even fat on meat is ok for human consumption. The fats/oils that are bad are the hardened vegetable ones, the trans fats. They are toxic to the human body (aside from olive oil which is great).
Unfortunately in doing this, if you do have yeast, you will likely suffer temporary withdrawal symptoms from excluding these foods and yeast die off. It will begin to die slowly because it starts to starve to death. So sometims a person may feel worse for a few weeks. Then later (if this is your problem) you should start to improve.
To my mind the best and first place to start in any health condition is diet and attending to the gut. Once you do this, you take a big strain off your liver and other organs. You reduce yeast, reduce toxicity and aid the immune system. It is not just about reducing yeast, but giving your body what it needs to heal and removing what will stop it from healing.
You can drink water and herbal tea on that diet and even add freshly squeezed lemon juice if you wish or have hot water and lemon juice. Lemons are ok on this diet.
HOpe that helps you. I know it's strict and sounds dramatic, but when you are dealing with a sick body whatever the condition, it is crying out for help and amazing things can happen once you give it what it needs! It does take time and the diet needs to be stuck to for long enough to gain improvement. Cheating isn't wise, often causes a relapse and having to start again. You will get testing cravings along the way. yeast do not like to be denied.
Take care.
