I've experienced the same symptoms but not as bad as you have.

My conclusion is a change in brain chemistry or function plus a change in Sugar tolerance or processing. My problems occured all at one time in varying degrees that come and go.
Your alloted 7.5 minutes with a doctor will not do you any good.

With you, digestion messed up, take digestive enzymes! If this doesn't help, that's not your problem but absorption might be. Unlikely though, because you react to what you eat, that doesn't souond like a deficency problem.

Okay, fruit and juice equals sugar! That messes with the brain function because the brain runs on glucose ONLY!
You eat high protein the body uses Sugar to process the protein. That means lower glocose level!

Of course you Dr. tested you for diabetes! My experience with the 24 hour fasting test is that does not always work for everyone.
Do yourself a favor and ASSUME YOU HAVE DIABETES! and eat accordingly.
I think if you experiment you will find a ballance diet that will work for you but the carbs will probably be the killer. Don't forget the ballance enzyme tablet, that's one that digests everything, not just protein.

It has been accepted by the health nuts for decades that excessive Sugar lowers the body's immune system..........hum...undetected diabetes?
What helped me (I think) is chromium picolinate and cinnamon to help handle the sugar. Exercise and hard physical labor does help!!!!!!!!!!
Of course I don't drink anything with sugar in it and fight to avoid ice cream and cakes. Three slices of cake doesn't make me cry but it puts me in a violent mind set.
