No doctor can figure this out....!!!

Can anyone help me? I didn't know where to post this. I have been to doctors and no one has a CLUE. I have an illness that isn't showing up on any test and my symptoms are BIZARRE.

1. If I eat fruit or drink fruit juice I get so emotionally upset I start crying and can't control it.

2. If I eat any protein or any fat, I get angry and emotional and almost go crazy until I have so much pure Sugar (like candy or soda) that I finally feel normal again.

3. If I try to eat normally - 3 meals a day, the same problem happens whether it is meat or fat or carb or vegetarian or vegan or....

My body seems to hate solid food of any kind - it's like my digestion GAVE OUT. Is this possible? I never had a problem with any food before. I really think something SNAPPED in my stomach or I am releasing a chemical when I eat that is making me go crazy. If anyone has ANY clue, I'd really appreciate it. I am starting to think I am just crazy because I have these mood swings that are so out of control I could kill someone. I don't think it is hypoglycemia because I have done the hypo diet with no good results ... I literally don't think my stomach will DIGEST or break down foods into sugar. And the fruit thing just weirds me out because I have juice fasted before and it was fantastic! Can ANYONE help me???

Only other symptoms are poor immune system - frequent colds, flus (I never used to get sick) serious nightmares, and a jittery, high strung feeling a lot of the time.
