I don't mean to be rude, but I have a question with this...

I know few good "specialists" who will seriously take the parasite situation with great interest to help people. My question is, is he "top in his field" because he's experimented on people and received some "good" results, or is he "top in his field" because he has proven scientific methods that show good results. There is a difference.
