Thanks for your very comprehensive post.

Yeah, that is the problem with any type of skin problem. The cause could, quite literally, be ANYTHING.

I think that you could literally spend a lifetime trying to unearth the etiology of skin eruptions and still never isolate any definite factors.

That is how it has been for you and I!

10 years of adjustments and experimentation and no results.

Makes you want to give up...
