Autoimmune disease destroyed ovaries. What to do??

Hello,
My sister has been diagnosed with autoimmune disease which has destroyed her ovaries. She is 36 years old and has been thrown into menopause. Her doctor told her that eventually the antibodies that attacked and destroyed her ovaries will destroy her adrenal glands too. This doctor did not offer her any suggestions on how to stop the progression of this disease. I am really worried about her. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
