last night I had an attack of terrible pain at the top of my abdomen -- it's bad enough that I am wondering if I am having gall-bladder attacks.

For years I have had esophageal spasms from Epstein-Barr, but this other attack is different in nature/placement.

Is it harmful to do a gall bladder cleanse and/or liver cleanse if the gall bladder is indeed having problems, or is it indicated and helpful?
