I would have the fresh lime or lemon juice in a glass of water first thing, separately from your combo drink. It hydrates you and gives the liver/digestive system a kidk start.

Malic acid capsules have the substance in them that clears the liver, and since you are on a strong med, that is the first place that gets clogged, in my experience.
