Of course I have read everything I can find but I've never actually done a cleanse per taking some huge amount of something by mouth or enema.

Back when I worked at the health food store in 1997 I did use 2 products called "Clear" and "Cleanse" for about a month, so technically I guess that was some kind of cleanse, and some little animals did appear (looked like tiny shrimp). I felt a lot better and had a few years of good health around that time.

I lived in S. China for five months in 2000-1, so I imagine a parasite cleanse is advised.

The problem is, I am afraid to drink 1/2 cup of olive oil followed by whatever amount of lemon juice! I have never met anyone who did one of these cleanses, nor have I had someone tell me truthfully exactly what to expect blow by blow.... and the unknown is just something I don't do.

On top of all that, I frankly cannot afford any of the full cleanse systems available for purchase.

It is embarassing enough that I'd want to be alone to do a cleanse, but then don't want to suffer any agony all alone either.
