--Hungry in even--Edited--

Hi boatqueen,

Your question:
ML writes:If you can learn to "STOP" eating a Big meal with Proteins and starches 4-6 hours before bedtime, this may Greatly help your weight problem ?

I do, in fact, eat at night, and I agree that I think this advice would help me lose weight......tremendously in fact. However, I find that I get very hungry in the evening, and if I don't eat something substantial, (besides just veggies etc.) then it interferes with me sleeping soundly. I have come to the conclusion, (for only myself) that I function better eating at night. If 15 lbs. is the price I pay for sleeping soundly, then so be it. I'll have to cut down in other areas.

For your gums try swishing 3% Peroxide in your mouth each even and then rinse out with water, but do not ingest this peroxide !

I also tried this, and I found that my sense of taste got screwed up for several days after I did it. It was very annoying to not be able to taste my food. Perhaps I should try diluting the peroxide first?

Thanks again for your feedback ML.

Answers: For your eating at nite it may help you if you would try eating just a very small amount of hard cheese to curb your Hunger , because even tho this has Protein in it, this Protein has been pre-digested and may not Cause the same problems as Funny Protein(NPN) may do, which is in many other foods !

Edit: But eat some Fruits and or Vegetables along with the Hard cheese and do not eat too much of the Hard cheese or it may lead to sinus problems at nite ! End of edit.

As to the peroxide, if you would try it for a week and then see what happens and report back, I believe it would help Greatly with your Gum problems ?

Just wash your mouth out completely with clean water after doing it !

Smile Tis your choice.
