I have come to the conclusion, (for only myself) that I function better eating at night. If 15 lbs. is the price I pay for sleeping soundly, then so be it. I'll have to cut down in other areas."
I am the same as you... I do try to eat as early as possible and DO NOT eat to the point of discomfort. About the only time I have found this is not an issue is into/after about the fourth day of a fast. Then I suspect I sleep because I am so exhausted from not sleeping (tossing/turning) for three nights.

In addition to what you are doing AND what ML has suggested,
I brush with a mixture of Real Salt, Baking Soda and Terramin clay and my receding gums have grown back almost completely; it may be completely, I do not remember where they were before they started receeding. I have been doing the tooth powder for over 2 years, oil pulling for over a year and the H2O2 I just started recently.
It will take time... good luck.
