Re: It's all in your head.
Hi, yeah my diet excludes mainly grains, sugar, yeast, fruit, milk etc. SO I mainly eat eggs, meat, chicken, liver, vegetables (no high carb ones if I can help it). It's restricted but nothing much I can do because I just get even worse if I venture off it.
That's great that in 12 days youve not had a flare up (cross fingers that you wont). So your regime must be doing something for you which is really good. But hopefully with the mercury removal and chelation, these difficulties will naturally come right.
Nothing would surprise me if the teeth/jaw throb considering what's in them. I used to have a weird oral reaction whenever someone was handling cutlery. I would get a metal taste and my mouth would water. I could not stand the sound of the cutler scraping together and it is odd that my mouth would automatically react. I thought maybe that was mind over matter, but the reaction was still very unusual. Anything metallic or something would set me off, even the sound. So what you get is probably not as unusual as you think.
Good on you for ordering Andy's book. It's one I think anybody with this should have. I think of it as being essential because it's that valuable. The only problem is the book is disorganised and quite hard in places to understand, but other areas of it are excellent and in flicking through it you get the gist of what he is saying and you can refer to it anytime and apply it without really having to go to a doctor. From this book, one can probably treat their toxicity on their own. Considering many doctors do not really understand how to anyway and how some have made patients much worse, I dont know if we could do much worse ourselves. The author of the book is a biochemist and studied for years and cured himself and other people (adults and kids). I would say he is a very good bet! His protocol is becoming more widely known and even some doctors are now taking it onboard and using it on their patients. My own doctor photocopied the book I had.
Hope you will find it as helpful as I did.
Cheers.
