I am not aware of any electrical test to determine if there is mercury present. All mercury Amalgams give off mercury vapors. Sounds fishy to me. Dont eat the fish of course as they are full of mercury. There is an electrical test to determine the battery effect of each filling so a to determine the order of removal, though it is not proven that it is necessary.
