Yes, my nose; enough to exfoliate. Even after mowing the lawn for about 40 minutes. From now on, I'll wear a hat. I believe yelrah, in that it may take longer. I guess it is indicative of being "saturated" with iodine. Others have said that not only do they not burn; but it is more difficult to tan after Iodine supplementation. I've only been doing this for 6-7 weeks at 100+ mg.
