lol! are some people convinced Iodine is the only mineral that has any chelating benefits! Why does Iodine effect people this way?????
There is a full spectrum of minerals needed to chelate different heavy metals, some work better then others for certain things (remember zinc) but it is much more beneficial to use a full spectrum of minerals to chelate! I cant wait till this Iodine craze has passed, until then, most of CZ advice is biased and useless! When considering iodine remember many people have experienced bad side effects from it, although they where subjected to much harassment!
