I do coffee enemas with organic coffee grown just for that from

I use their bucket instead of an enema bag, and insert the tube 12 - 14 inches while lying on the floor on my left side. I count to 6 for each release of coffee going in there, taking 15 min. or so to get the 4 cups all in. There can be lots of gurgling going on. Sometimes I can lie there retaining the coffee for 20 min., and sometimes I have to get up after a short time. Once I get to the toilet it does pour out!

I haven't used castor oil packs or the herbs you're using. I'm doing the enemas because they're supposed to detox your liver so it can heal cancer.
