Re: I am in a really bad place right now.
63547 - You are not alone...everyone has problems, even those who seem to have it all, have problems...this simple truth has unfolded itself to me over the last few years. It's okay to be angry and to feel sorry for yourself and to have bad days, but you have to have good ones too. A few years back when I had a HUGE dark cloud hovering over me a therapist asked me to name some positive things about myself, of which I couldn't think of any (duh! my supportive amazing husband and three beautiful children). That hit me hard and I went back to the "Power of Positive Thinking" which seems to be an overall theme in the your responses here...find one thing positive and focus on it..repeat it in your head again and again..
You sound like an intelligent person, what would you say to a friend if they came to you with the problems you're having now? Do you live in a bigger city where you might be able to find free health clinics? And I'd say to that friend, you need to get a job with insurance. Work in the fast food industry or at a department store...you need your health (I have a bad tooth too and can truly feel your pain).
Find your spirituality...whatever you believe in start focusing on...it's not that you've been abandoned but maybe your soul needed to go through some tough times to straighten out (mine did)...
One day at a time my friend. You are not alone. Matisselady
