i have had all manner of digestive problems. i have been taking Iodine for four months, at least 100mgs of Iodine in the form of lugols(16+ drops) and have taken as much as 300mg in one day. when do you think this poisoning will occur?

btw, my guts have tightened up, stools are perfect, movement like clockwork, and no GI distress no matter what or how much i eat.

this has been a side effect of what i am taking the Iodine for. oh yea, i have lost 15 pounds and my abs are starting to show. Tweet
