For metals use cilantro everyday with your salads. I know how you feel. Cilantro takes out the metals from your body. You can even make cilantro chutney with lime juice and a few green peppers all blended up in a blender.
You must eat 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. I was on raw food for one month before I saw any significant change in my depression. I believe in things that are nature made vs. man made.
