I would have ruled out cans; because of the coating they put on the inside. However, I don't know if you live in the U.S. You probably don't know how long you have had any concentration of tin either. So that could be possible. I think coating cans is relatively new.
I also don't know what would detox for tin. It is closely related to lead; so maybe chlorella, cilantro, or iodine. I have taken something expensive for this, called PCA-RX, that "wrapped" the metals and took them safely out of the body. I think that chlorella and cilantro do that too, by binding the metal to them. I've also taken something inexpensive, called EDTA.
