Good job. Like you, I use green drinks daily, along with Dr. Christopher's Complete Tissue and Bone formula (just started). 2 tsp Barleygrass powder + 1 tsp kelp mixed w/ @ 10 ounces orange juice (for taste) taken each morning. Also usu. on an empty stomach I take @ 1 drop Atomidine (original Cayce formula). Diet is very important insofar as avoiding 'trigger' or sensitive foods; for each person it's a bit different but for me it's excessive dairy but especially greasy foods I have to totally avoid. The occasional ball of ice cream or candy bar isn't a problem for me but again- *moderation* is key.. fruit is helpful e.g. grapes, watermelon, bananas (for potassium) and apples.
