What worked for me
The first 3 years I never knew about pH and then I started reading about it a year ago.
I was always low, read many websites and decided to give it a try, it would not hurt to bring it up.
Was almost a vegetarian, did all the cleanses, added the greenfood etc but it was difficult. I ended up on the cholesterol forum and found out that for 1/3 of the people this does not work.
Changed my diet again, changed to 1 fruit a day and hardly any grain and brought grass fed beef and chicken back into my diet.
My pH went up and last week I had my bloodtest done and after 4 years of cleanses and a relative healthy diet, now since this change my tri-glycerides are in the normal range for the first time in 5 years.

Since I am not perfect I use daily minerals and a greendrink (expensive) with all vegetables, also seaveggies and many more things daily.
