I like the superfoods to. I think threy are a great source of chorophyll. To me that is kind of like the "blood" of plants and a way that we can get nutrients from the sun in an indirect sort of way. I also like to spend a lot of time in the sun. I made some lotion I like that made me turn brown without burning, it isn't a block. I did get a bit pink on my shoulders. I used stuff I had around the house. I used coconit oil, essential oils one was grapefruit and one was tangerine. I also used a forumula by the Edgar Cayce group that had been around here a while, called Auraglow. It has Rose essential oil and peanut and olive oil, lecithin, I think that is all. But the combination felt and smelled great and gave me good color. I spent most of the last 3 days in the sun because my husband is on vacation.
