Yes, good post. I feel that I have come to that conclusion also. I have always lived that way. I mean a clean diet, include a lot of organic fruits, vegetables, and meat. And Filtered water (RO) but not energized, so to speak. Of course minerals are important and vitamins. If I feel I need some supplementation I use whole food supplements rather than megadose synthetics. I think grains are the least bioavailable form of food we eat, so I don't eat many grains. I do however enjoy some quality bread now and then. So I supplement a few things that are predominant in grains. I do think potatoes, yams, etc. are very healthy...
