I agree hopinso. I've had constipation problems since I was child in the 50s. I've been successful with products which contain casgara sagrada. Products like those from Dr. Schultz. I've probably abused them so much that I can't do without them for long. Oxypowder is too pricey for a magnesium oxide. That's why I found this product as a substitute. It inexpensive; and, as you say gentle.
I do not count this as a magnesium supplement for the Iodine therapy; since it is not so bioavailable. I prefer to use magnesium carbonate for that. That is the form that was used in the orthoiodosupplementation studies.
