I have used this product and it is quite good. In fact, I am planning to do another cleanse with it starting tonight. I just finished a month with Humaworm and want a gentle Colon Cleanse as a follow-up.

The first time I used it, I had few results for the first three days, then on day four I went and went and went. I have poor colon tone as a result of a back injury; but, I do suggest you start this when you have a few days to get used to it.

I have used Oxypowder and Colosan, but this might be the best, or at least the most gentle product I have tried.
