Re: EEP! What in the name of...

Hamadryad,

I have a sneaky suspicion that it is dominoes...in that as you knock down one 'problem' it becomes time for the next.

For some reason I will try something, for a while, then forget, and take up something else, or go back to something I did a while back.

My next round of Humaworm (30 days) is coming, and I feel it is time. I have signs...years of eating quite well, for example, but losing excess weight only very slowly...or staying the same for months and months.

I really do think that parasites, or something they give off, stops up the works...perhaps in ways we don't even guess.

I was given Cascara sagrada, once, by doctors. It works like gangbusters! I tried to buy some at my healthfood store the other day. Couldn't get it. We had to settle for a box of mixed tea...mostly Senna. Leary of Senna, I took only half strength, twice, and got little to no results.

I think I'll be shopping at herbalists from now on.

One thing that may be a big obstacle is thinking that we are somehow 'bad'. It is pretty hard not to with all the 'experts' telling us everything is our own 'fault'...and that we must 'take responsibility'.

We always do the best we can, the best we know how to. Even our 'mistakes' spring from the fact that we did/do the things that seem like a good idea at the time. If we were wrong, we didn't have enough information, yet.

Even medical people tell us that their mistakes were made on the best they knew at the time.

So, who didn't teach us better, when we needed to know?

Better we should experiment with the simple things, I think, and notice when something affects us well.

I love avocadoes, and you can bet I'll be upping my intake!

And I appreciate the 'heads up'.

F.
