When I flush with castor oil, I use just about 1/8-1/4 tsp castor oil, wait fifteen minutes, then drink warm water at intervals for the next 45 min to 1 hour. As soon as I start flushing (going), then I have some thing else to drink to start to add some energy back to my system. Once the oil comes out, I eat. It works well, I don't taste it. I always wondered if people don't have success because they mix it with orange juice. Just a though. I have a question out on another forum about Andreas 30 day castor oil flush. Do you know anything about it? I think that would be beneficial to people, like me, who don't do well taking psyllium. Aloha, happy packing and moving. I am doing that also.
